Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
  • We will acknowledge your cancellation within 24 hours
  • Work in progress will be delivered up to the cancellation date
  • No new work will be initiated after cancellation is confirmed
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed based on work completed and project stage
  • Planning and discovery phase: 100% refund if cancelled before development starts
  • Development phase: Pro-rated refund based on completed milestones
  • Testing and deployment phase: 50% refund if cancelled before final delivery
  • Post-deployment: No refunds for completed and delivered projects
Timeline for Refunds
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days
  • Credit card refunds appear on your statement within 7-10 business days
  • We will provide a detailed breakdown of refund calculations
  • Refund confirmation emails are sent upon processing

  • Third-party service costs and licenses already purchased
  • Domain registrations and hosting fees
  • Third-party API costs and integrations
  • Custom design work that has been approved and implemented
  • Project management and consultation time already spent
What You Receive
  • All completed code and deliverables up to cancellation date

Documentation Requirements
  • Cancellation request must include project reference number
